Hannah and Braith’s wedding at The Mansion in Butler was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and romantic fall light.
Nestled just outside of Pittsburgh in Butler, Pennsylvania, the historic mansion is surrounded by towering trees, quiet pathways, and garden spaces that create an incredibly intimate setting for a wedding day. Hannah embraced a classic bridal look with a sleek gown, long gloves, and a delicate veil that caught the soft autumn sunlight beautifully, while Braith’s black tux kept the overall look refined and timeless. From quiet moments beneath the trees to portraits along the winding drive, every part of their day felt calm, romantic, and effortlessly elegant.
The Morning of started with Hannah and the girls
With music blasting, the air was filled with excitement. The space for getting ready within the Mansion has stunning natural light – perfect for hair, makeup and getting ready photos. As Hannah put on her dress, she stepped into the most JAW DROPPING light I’ve ever seen and I took some of my favorite bridal images I’ve ever snapped.
The ceremony was stunning –
surrounded by tall trees, a gentle wind, and soft light. Hannah loves hydrangeas and they lined the aisle and framed the alter so perfectly.
The bridesmaids wore the most stunning shade of brown, a color that felt effortlessly perfect for a fall wedding. Standing beside Hannah, the palette felt both elevated and seasonal, creating a bridal party look that was timeless, elegant, and perfectly in tune with the autumn setting.
Bridal portraits in the garden
One of my favorite parts of Hannah and Braith’s day was exploring the grounds of The Mansion for their portraits. The property is filled with tall trees and quiet garden paths that allow light to filter through in the most beautiful way.
The early fall sunlight created a soft, almost dreamlike glow around them, especially when it caught Hannah’s veil. Their portraits felt intimate and cinematic — the kind of moments where everything slows down and you can truly feel the emotion of the day.
As the evening settled in at the mansion, the celebration shifted from quiet, heartfelt moments to a dance floor full of energy. Friends and family gathered inside to celebrate Hannah and Braith, filling the room with music, laughter, and the kind of joy that only comes from being surrounded by the people who love you most.
